Beto Perez is a popular celebrity fitness trainer who has a passion for traditional Latin dance and music like salsa and meringue. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness workout that integrates Latin and international music and dance movements. The zumba dance fitness program was introduced in the United States in 2001 through the collaboration of Perez with Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion. This dance gets a lot of attention here in my neck of the woods.

My church has that zumba dancing for exercise. I haven't joined the fitness club there at church, but it seems interesting. Great article.
